2. Eligibility Our products are intended for a general audience. However, our board games may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years due to choking hazards.
3. Orders and Payments Orders can be placed with or without an account. We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
4. Shipping and Delivery We ship to Europe, USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand. Shipping costs and times vary based on destination. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information if available.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. Lux Lupo Ltd is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes. Orders within the UK, Europe, USA, Canada include taxes and duties.
We ship from warehouses within the USA and within the UK.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Lux Lupo Ltd. If you're not satisfied, please review our refund policy below.
1. Return Window Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging, with the original shrinkwrap unopened and intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Return Process
- To request a return, please email us at hello@luxlupo.games to coordinate the process.
- Do not send your purchase back without communication with our support team.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We do not provide replacement packaging.
4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed (minus the original shipping fee).
